Privacy Policy

Sidekick Solutions, Inc. ("Sidekick", "we", "us") provides business management software. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Information you give us

• Registration details: business name, contact name, telephone number and email address.
• Billing information needed to take payment for a subscription.
• Support requests and the messages you send us.

2. Information your customers give you

Data you enter about your own members, students and customers belongs to you. Sidekick processes it on your behalf to provide the service, and we do not use it for our own marketing or sell it to anybody.

3. Information collected automatically

Log data, device and browser information, and usage records needed to operate the service, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

4. Why we hold it

To provide and support the software, to take payment, to communicate with you about your account, to improve the product, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share it with

With the providers who help us operate: hosting, payment processing, email and messaging carriers, and professional advisers. We share it when the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

6. Marketing

Where you have opted in, we may send you information about Sidekick. Every message includes a way to stop, and you can reply STOP to text messages or write to admin@gosidekickapps.com.

7. Payment details

Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor. Sidekick does not store full card numbers.

8. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open and for as long afterwards as the law requires. On request after termination we will delete what we are not obliged to keep.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

10. Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, export your data, and opt out of marketing. Write to admin@gosidekickapps.com.

11. Children

Sidekick is sold to businesses, not to children. Where a customer records information about a minor in the software, that customer is responsible for the consent required, and Sidekick processes it on their behalf under section 2.
